ActiveCampaign · SMS marketing AI Vision

Led SMS marketing product vision during ActiveCampaign’s shift to AI-first. Identified where AI helps users most, adapted an onboarding walkthrough into an SMS free trial, and prototyped the concepts in code. Aligned Product and Engineering, then pitched the CPO on milestones. The trial and inline audience analysis moved into development.

Reimagined the Planning experience from early concepts through alpha. Brought stakeholders into workflow research, used findings to guide integrated reporting, and worked with Product and Engineering to balance the experience with delivery constraints.
