InFocus Website Redesign

- User Positioning
This website is a re-creation after the brand repositioning and to follow the new marketing strategy. This website is tailored to B2B channel partners and end-users in the Great China Region since the brand offered exclusive products in the region.
- Site Planning & Wireframing
I first listed out all the information and content needed on a spreadsheet. Then, I conducted a competitor analysis and our previous website to examine and compare the interfaces. Architected the information in a hierarchical structure, identified navigation bar, main layout and wireframed it using Adobe Illustrator.
- Content Creation
Firstly, I worked with the product teams on the specifications and product images. It is also necessary to fully understand the products prior to copywriting. I used Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to edit visual content.
- Final Product
After the website was launched, we received lots of compliments from clients that they no longer struggle to find products or information they needed and the new UI design is much more modern than the previous version. We also kept tracking the usage of websites through data and made small adjustments accordingly.
