At Personify, we provide online presentation tools that would boost engagement and shorten the sales cycle virtually. In this project, I led generative and evaluative user research to understand user needs in presenting online, translating the data to new product features that would improve user efficiency. Additionally, making wireframes and prototypes to conduct usability tests with users, as well as explaining design decisions to stakeholders. I worked closely with the product manager, engineers, and visual designers to fulfill viability, feasibility, and desirability.
